By adding the free 6″ extension post along with the innovative dual rod clip technology, you can store those larger saltwater rods vertically on this fishing rod rack. The caps on the base plate capture any water from the rod or reels, the center post is 38mm (1.5″) in diameter and has been powder coated for long-lasting durability and resistant to scratching. The Dark Walnut wood grain laminate finish only adds to the luster to this superior rod storage rod rack.
